A business that specialises in statistical modelling of sporting events has partnered with The Oho Group. They try to forecast sports outcomes as accurately as possible using proprietary databases, statistical models, and in-house software.

They run a golf team that has been recognised as the best in the world for a number of years in both their own trading and the delivery of odds feeds to bookies. They want to add an in-play golf trader to their staff of golf traders.



They are looking for someone that is good with numbers, has flexible hours, and has a real passion for trading and golf. In order to handle their in-play plans on the PGA, European, and LPGA Tours very hands-on, you will receive on-the-job instruction in the skills of trading.

The perfect applicant will be:

• able to perform mathematics quickly and accurately (notably Statistics, Mental Arithmetic, and Estimation)

• fervently enjoy the lovely game of golf

• able to travel to an office in Hammersmith

• able and willing to work a variety of hours, including Saturdays

• Educated to degree level in a quantitative subject desired

• Relevant professional experience is not a necessity but some personal knowledge of value based betting is desired
