Kitchen Assistant

Role Overview

All staff are expected to care for our Customers in a Friendly, helpful, efficient and professional manner at all times

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Cleaning of all pots, pans, plates, cutlery and glasses

• Washing of floors, walls and stoves
• To be vigilant with any objects, spillages that could result in injury of yourself or other team members
• Storage of vegetables, meat and other food stuffs
• To comply with all reasonable requests, from kitchen and

restaurant staff and management

• To adhere to COSHH and Health & Safety regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others
• To adhere to the kitchen cleaning schedule and record tasks
• To attend all training sessions as arranged by your HOD
