Nottingham City Transport, 5 time UK Bus Operator of the year, are currently recruiting trainee and experienced bus drivers.

NO PREVIOUS BUS DRIVING EXPERIENCE NEEDED: During our 8-week training programme, our award winning Training Team will support you all the way in obtaining your qualifications and help you get confident behind the wheel. All training is funded by the company, so you can learn while you earn.
What we offer

- £12.42 per hour starter rate from 26/03/2023 (this includes your bus driver training period) rising to £12.81 per hour after 6 months
- Progress and earn over £28,800 a year (£14.20 per hour)*
- Enjoy 28 days’ holiday, rising to 34 days per year (after 4 years’ service)
- Free travel for you and two nominees on all NCT buses and the tram

- Earn premium payments for all hours worked on Sundays and after 21:00 Mon-Sat

Experience
- Great customer service
- Friendly and compassionate communicator
- Excellent standard of driving
- Organised and punctual
- At least 12 months experience driving a car
- Full UK car licence holder
- No more than 3 penalty points on your licence
