You’ll be someone who works well under pressure, is a great team player as well as being self-motivated and able to work independently when needed. You’ll be someone who truly understands the need for care, consideration and respect for our patients but also applies these qualities to your team members.
A ‘can do’ attitude and determination to be flexible and embrace change to deliver the best patient care is essential as well as a desire to grow and improve our ever-growing service.
Your communication skills will be second to none, working collaboratively with patients, relatives/carers, and colleagues.
We are also excited to be looking forward to being in the Phase 4a new build in 2023. Part of the ICU will be moving into a purpose-built new build, where state of the art equipment and facilities will be available for our patient.
