You will be a confident, experienced individual with excellent communication skills and full membership to the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) with professional certification or equivalent and relevant experience.

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of the procurement services, ensuring key milestones, aims and objectives are met, including the provision of finance/contract management, market and supplier communications and systems/tools/data related support. Be responsible for managing the pharmacy IT stock management and automated dispensing systems – to include the development, installation and support for new and existing systems, providing training and documentation and acting as a point of contact with suppliers.

We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds. We particularly encourage applications from disabled, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) and candidates from our local communities.

Your package with us includes a lot more than just your pay and here are a few of the additional benefits that are available to you as an employee:
  • Access to the NHS Pension Scheme
  • Relocation allowance in line with the Trust policy
  • Generous Holiday Entitlement, starting at 27 days a year (for full time workers) plus bank/public holidays
