Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: Portal and Townhouse, 66 High Street, Irvine, KA12 0AZ
Role Summary:
Job Purpose:
- Provide a welcoming, friendly and helpful environment to all customers
- Maintain excellent communication with customers either face to face, by telephone or in writing
- Promote range of activities and services available with K:A Leisure
- Accurately process and record all income received from customers
- Assist with general administration within business area
You Must:
- Be computer literate and ideally familiar with Legend CRM booking system
- Have good customer service skills
