Our mission? We want to inform and educate about omega-3 fatty acids and their positive effects on the body. At the same time we want to develop and offer the best omega-3 products for an optimal supply.
How do we want to achieve this? We - the NORSAN crew - a sailing team of clever minds, tackle the task with a lot of commitment, creativity, and fun. We are there for each other and jump in where the waves are at their highest. We are a strong team with a common goal and keep the course and sails taut even in strong winds.
Tasks
Your tasks on deck:
- Independently manage the entire sales process in Hungary, from proactive lead generation and onboarding to long-term partnership development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, therapists), retailers, and key business partners to drive brand growth.
- Act as the face of NORSAN at industry congresses and events, strengthening the brand’s reputation and presence within the Hungarian market.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B and B2C clients, overseeing order management and ensuring premium service quality.
- Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics) to scale and optimize Hungarian business operations.
Requirements
- You are a native or fluent Hungarian speaker who also has good English skills (German is a plus).
- Your background includes experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Communication is one of your strengths, and you find it easy to build good relationships.
- You take a "hands-on" approach, meaning you are proactive and work in a very organized way.
- An interest in health and nutrition is a big advantage and fits our team perfectly.
