THE ROLE*
As Reception Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring all of our guests enjoy a seamless and exceptional experience with us throughout the entire guest journey. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

• Create a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests.
• Have a good understanding of targets for your department and ensure the entire team are working hard to achieve them.
• Support team members in handling guest requests and enquires to ensure a positive outcome is achieved.
• To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards to exceed guest expectations.
• Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities encouraging the team to do the same.
• Anticipate guest’s needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience.
• To offer continued support, training and development to your team and to work collaboratively with them.
• Responsible for ensuring that our guest profiles are up to date, room allocation is in line with the Nobu strategy and all VIP banding prepared.
• To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Head Receptionist role.
• Experience of working in a 5\* enviornment is adventageous.
