NHS Orkney are looking for a part-time IT Office Administrator (job share) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, office administration, and meeting support. The position is for 14 hours per week, fixed term for 6 months.
The IT department at NHS Orkney is a close-knit team of professionals who work to provide our medical colleagues with the technology, hardware they need to deliver high-quality care to patients across all the islands. We are committed to providing our medical colleagues with the tools they need to provide the best possible care to our patients.
This role allows for hybrid working with at least 7 hours per week on site, all of which can be negotiated to suit the successful candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Order and license IT equipment
- Manage office administration tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Arranging and taking minutes of meetings
