The Trust is committed to the development and progression of all its doctors. The Emergency Department will support and encourage the Doctors in their education and training although this is not a training post. In return the Department expects the post holder to adhere to the Trusts values, policies, and internal professional standards at all times to ensure patient safety and smooth running of the department.
