National Merchandise, the largest merchandise concession in the UK and Ireland, offers a wide range of services including merchandise development, venue merchandise sales management and live event merchandise sales.
We manage merchandise concessions for both one-off and multi-date events and merchandise sales at live events across live venues around the UK and Ireland. No event is too large or too small for National Merchandise!
We’re looking for Concert Retail Merchandise Assistants to join our Merchandise team to work at Reading Festival. With roots dating back to 1961 Reading Festival offers a huge selection of music spanning numerous genres. Acts already announced include Lewis Capaldi, Sam Fender, Billie Eilish and The Killers. This is the ideal job for music lovers!
It is vital that you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with challenging customers if the need arises. Previous experience in retail or customer service would be an advantage but is not essential. Full training will be given.
You will be paid £11 per hour plus holiday pay and receive a £10 per day food allowance.
You will be required to camp for the duration of the festival, access to your own camping equipment would be desirable.
