Key Duties:
- Accurate administration to membership accounts/ subscriptions.
- Effective communications to members and teams
- Comprehensive understanding of deadlines and prioritise.
- Response to member queries and enquiries
- Efficient reporting within deadlines
- Retention of income via arrears collection.
