Multitrades Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Soft Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all non-technical aspects of our facility, including cleaning, catering, security, and reception services.

- Monday - Friday
- Must be flexible between the hours 7 am-7 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of all soft services, including cleaning, catering, security, and reception.
- Ensure that all services are delivered to a high standard and in line with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the soft services team.
- Monitor and control budgets for all soft services, including the preparation of reports and financial forecasts.
- Regularly review and evaluate the performance of the soft services team and take appropriate action to address any issues or concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to improve the services we offer.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing and overseeing soft services in a commercial or corporate environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong financial management skills and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Health and Safety qualification is a plus.
