At Moulton, our mission is to nurture and develop the ‘well-rounded’ child – a child that is confident, resilient and motivated, and who has the knowledge and skills to leave us well prepared for a changing world. To achieve this, our children need creative and enthusiastic support staff help them on their journey and we are looking for the right person to become part of our fabulous team.
As we transition each year brings with it the chance to welcome new staff with new ideas and practice for us to learn from. At Moulton, we are all about growth and this underpins our commitment to personal and leadership development. We value our staff and are committed to managing workload and protecting their well-being.
Moulton is a large, village school in a beautiful setting. We have all the values of a traditional village primary but in a modern and well-resourced environment that enables us to provide a broad range of opportunities. Our children are amazing; their behaviour is outstanding and they love learning. Our parents are highly supportive and work with us in partnership to provide the very best for the children.
