Motus Commercials is an approved DAF Truck dealership located in Derby and is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable DAF Parts Sales Advisor. As our new Parts Sales Advisor, you will join our friendly team which will see you working the following shifts within our approved DAF dealership

Week 1 6.00am - 15.00pm

Week 2 9.00am – 18.00pm and Saturday 7.00am – 12.00pm

As a Parts Sales Advisor at Motus Commercials in Derby we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

• Experience working with Vehicle parts
• Minimum 1 years’ experience
• Display a high level of customer service
• IT Literacy
• Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal
• Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.

Main duties will be:

We require an experienced Parts Sales Advisor who can provide a thorough service to our customers internally and externally to ensure our automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible.

• To undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners
• Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning
• Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements
• To drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products
• To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
• To understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods
• To become a Brilliant Team member within the Parts Department
• To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant Parts Sales Advisors.
• To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
• To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the parts department.
• To enjoy your time as a Brilliant Colleague within Motus Commercials.

Salary: £24,750.00-£27,500.00 per year
