Our care solutions department is looking for a LIVE IN CARER (WESTMINSTER - LONDON) to join our team. You must be motivated and accountable to work with people with health care disabilities, caring and reliable. As a live in care, you are expected to work within a team, and preference you must commit to work up to 4 weeks in a row.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your Role, Duties, and Responsibilities:

You will need to follow guidance, and operating procedures in a high standard and professional manner. As part of your duties, you will be expected to live in 24/7h, in client own home, supporting with daily activities, providing personal care, continence care, light housework duties, shopping, preparing meals, supporting with medication, and providing companionship in and outside home.

We are looking for:

Staff with a real sense of helping and make a difference in someone’s life;

Previous experience in care environment (preference minimum 1 year);

NVQ in Health and Social Care (preference);

Essential IT skills to manage software/ filling documents;

Good level of English (writing/ comprehend/ oral communication);

Good attention to details;

You must be able to provide with proof of eligibility to work in UK;

You must provide at least two professional references;

Have an DBS update/ on system and must returns with no concerns;

Ideally you have previous experience, understanding of health and safety key aspects in the workplace and have knowledge of COSHH Legislation.
