Description

Due to continued growth, Aztech IT Solutions are currently expanding the team and recruiting for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join the team based in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a creative flair and is keen to progress into a marketing career.

Main responsibilities:
  • Write copy for blogs, guides, emails and social media
  • Research into industry topics and key themes to use for relevant blog and social media posts
  • Proof reading guides, web pages, campaign emails and more
  • Maintaining the day to day running of the social media sites by reviewing, monitoring and analysing online activity
  • Working with the Marketing Executive to create artwork, videos and content for print and digital
  • Providing general assistance and administrative support to the marketing department
  • Use digital tools effectively and keep up-to-date with the latest development, technologies, trends
  • Able to work towards marketing briefs and instructions
  • Google Analytics Tracking and Report back
  • Maintain and update SEO / PPC / emailers for increased visibility and to drive traffic to the website
  • Measure and evaluate the success of the digital marketing activities in a monthly report

  • Must be able to apply basic marketing principles with standard digital etiquette and the understanding of security levels required to protect data across digital and social media platforms.
  • The ability to work as an effective member of a team.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven and motivated for personal and team development.
  • Must be keen to learn and develop their marketing and design skills.
  • Originality and creativity.
  • Experience with Microsoft programs(PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • A very high level of attention to detail.

Entry requirements

Grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths is required for the role.

Desirable:
  • Five GCSE’s at Grade 4(C) or above.
  • Experience in Adobe software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (desirable but not essential)
  • Any experience in creating videos would be an added benefit (but not essential)
Training to be provided
  • Training with Milton Keynes College.
  • Ongoing training, support, and development with the employer.
  • HubSpot.
  • Digital Marketing Level 3.
