Where you’ll work: As Care Assistant you’ll work along us in our continued efforts to make life better for our residents. Whether you’re looking for a new career or already work in healthcare, you’ll receive training to competently fulfil your role as Care Assistant to support our residents to fulfil their retirement years in a simulating and homely environment here at The Cedars care home located in Holmes Chapel

What you’ll be doing:
- Respecting resident’s rights of choice, privacy and dignity.
- Supporting residents to remain as active as possible who have limited mobility or physical difficulties.
- Supporting residents with personal care and mealtimes.
- Work as part of a team to promote key, consistent and effective working.
- Completing daily records using electronic care planning system to improve the personalisation and quality of care delivery for our residents.
