There are plenty of home delivery services out there; but Milk & More is different. Based on the long-standing British icon – the milk delivery person, we pride ourselves on being at the heart of communities across the country and are committed to working with local producers. Milk & More continue to forge a strong path in eco-friendly deliveries and now have the UK’s largest fleet of electric vehicles.
We are currently making over 1.2 million deliveries every week and in these challenging times, our customers are relying on us now more than ever. As a business we need to continue to do our part in #feedthenation, delivering over 200 essential products overnight to customers doorsteps by 7am. Due to this exceptional demand, we are looking for people who can play their part in this by joining our team.
What you should expect:
- 6 nights per week, 48 hours / Finish Sunday – Friday (We are trialling different patterns of work)
- Delivering to 200+ households each night within a defined area
- You will be covering multiples of rounds (not just the same route every night)
- A physically demanding role where you will certainly get your steps in
- Driving a company vehicle (3.5 tonne and Electric Street Scooter Milk Float)
- Full training is provided – there is always a team of managers and colleagues back in
our fulfilment centres to support you when you need them

Challenges:
- Working alone and within a team
- Learning routes and delivering to multiple customers before 7am
- Ability to multi task duties
- Outdoor working conditions
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence appropriate to the vehicle type (B, C or Class 2)
- Maximum 6 points on driving licence accepted
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills – you will be instrumental behind a Milk & More delivery which takes place over night
- Must be comfortable working alone and able to work nights
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
Hours, Salary & Company Benefits:
- Salary of £28786.00. per annum
- Monthly paid
