This position is part of Metro Banks Tech Academy! You will complete a Level 4 Apprenticeship as a Network Engineer. This role is designed to build the technical knowledge and skills to build a successful career in Technology!
So what would you be doing?
Provide technical service to all colleagues at Metro Bank and 3rd party colleagues working onshore and offshore.- Works closely with other IT functions to help facilitate the resolution of technical and service incidents
- Support the triage of IT tickets and requests
- Support the team with scheduled work relating to maintenance and patching of IT systems
- Provide support to incident management
- Monitoring of IT systems
- Support in maintaining the online knowledge portal
Any other duties as required that reasonably fall within the role.

- Role is hybrid with a mix of at home and office, needs to be commutable to head office in London
Apprenticeship Eligibility:
Maths & English GCSE at a C or equivalent- Level 3/A Level (or equivalent) in IT or similar
- No higher qualification in IT than Level 3
- 3 years residency in the UK
- Age 18+
