A day in the life of…

As Housekeeping Supervisor you will work closely with the Head Housekeeper by leading the housekeeping team and being a key member of the Hotel’s Management team. You will display a proactive and innovative approach to skill development and enhancement in your team while accurately assessing needs of the business in terms of staffing and ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained and monitored throughout the hotel. Finally, you will co-ordinate constructively with both reception and reservations so that the day-to-day operational requirements are successfully delivered.

Based in the Mercure Bristol North The Grange you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. Country hotel and will need to drive or cycle as no public transport.
