Private Healthcare Insurance Coordinator – Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) – Bristol – Hybrid working

We are recruiting a Private Healthcare Insurance Coordinator to join our Bristol Team. This part of the business is responsible for advising Private Healthcare clients on all aspects of their policy.

What can you expect?

• You will work in a busy and friendly office environment on a hybrid basis
• As a Private Healthcare Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio containing a significant number of clients
• You will be the main point of contact in relation to Mercer services, maintaining a relationship with clients and coordinating services from specialists within the business

We will count on you to:

• Deliver consulting support to consulting teams and clients in a timely manner in line with MMB’s target operating model
• To provide technical support to clients and colleagues
• Communicate with clients, colleagues, and providers, dealing with client queries (verbal and written), with support as appropriate in line with service level agreements to ensure timely client delivery
• Take ownership of delivery of tasks and proactively manage own workload
• Manage client relationships to support retention & growth
• Ensure quality of own work through right first time approach
• Champion continuous improvement within your team/location
• Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge
• Adhere to MMB processes
• Partner with internal/ external stakeholders to achieve best service for client

What you need to have:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent IT experience in order to work with the necessary IT systems in place
• Ability to work on own and as part of a team
• Excellent planning and organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
• Proven ability to prioritise own workloads
