The role: Business Development Analyst

• We are looking for a Business Development Analyst to join our team in Glasgow
• We require the successful candidate to work within Scotland and Northern Ireland regions as a Research Analyst
• The primary focus will be to identify and research potential corporate clients that we can then later on target for our suite of services

• Working alongside consultants to research new markets and deliver revenue and growth through our consulting solutions with new potential clients

We will rely on you to:

• Work with project teams to coordinate the sales process into their overall workplans.
• Prepare and proofread materials, compile and distribute special reports, interoffice memos and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate the sales meeting and follow-up schedules.
• Generate and verify data, distribute weekly and monthly statistical reports to professional staff and management.
• Provide research and business model analysis for identified accounts and new prospects.
• Prepare presentation materials and client reports.
• Administer the communication strategies around the sales process.

What you need to have:

• An interest for growth and prospection
• Good analytical/research skills
• Comfortable with marketing, meetings, sales, round tables, events, etc.
• Exceptional relationship management skills

What makes you stand out:

• Previous experience in benefits, group risk, pension, etc. either in sales or administration (not mandatory)
• Resilient, driven, articulate and motivated to drive growth
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to strike rapport quickly and effectively
• Diligent and keen to learn
• High energy
