Caretaker
Part of a local team undertaking high standard Caretaking works to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
Ensure cleaning, repairs and maintenance are undertaken in accordance with agreed protocols & time frames.
What we are looking for:
You will be responsible for cleaning buildings and surrounding grounds, you will clean facilities in accordance with the client specification, which include but not limited to cleaning of site communal areas, void clearance and public walkways. The suitable candidate will also check and lock the building at the end of their shift.
What you need to have:
Determined ‘can-do’ attitude, positive views when faced with challenges and have a flexible approach towards hours and tasks.
Excellent communication skills.
