ABOUT THE JOB
The Agriculture Co-Ordinator is the “go to” person for the Agriculture team here at McCain GB. Providing support to the VP agriculture in terms of administration and diary management, this role will also provide support to the wider Agriculture department including our external growers and contacts. You’ll also be responsible for…

• Event organising – including trade shows and internal team events
• Purchase order creation, invoice processing and query resolution
• Arranging equipment and IT setup for all team members
• Red Tractor administration and annual review of all growers
• Team expense and holiday tracking
• Collate and prepare presentations for monthly team updates
• Diary management and travel booking for Director and Senior Leadership team
• Support administration of potato trials including invoicing and purchase order creation
• Support with Grower Incentive Scheme tracking
• Coordinate field to fork events and visits

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who has proven experience in an administration role, the ideal candidate will have had exposure to event organisation as well as Personal Assistant experience for a senior member of the team. You’ll also…

• Be able to communicate widely to various different levels both internal and external
• Efficient time management and planning skills
• Attention to detail/accuracy

WHERE WILL I WORK?

Our HQ is based on Scarborough, North Yorkshire!
