About the Role

• Support the daily/ weekly trading process providing timely and insightful information, to work with the OCM to execute the delivery of the category commercial goals on the website
• Analyse commercial performance and support the OCM in converting to Range and Trading recommendations
• Support in the data and documentation for range planning, buy volumes, OTB and product launch
• Input to channel stock allocation principles and plans
• Support in data and reporting to the OCM for seasonal promotions, prices, markdowns and clearance
• Support in identifying stock issues and slow sellers to the OCM
• Ownership of regular commercial reporting to support decision making.
• Support the online planning team to manage Castle Donington capacity, liaising with Central Planning, Logistics and Demand
• Support the commercial team with packs and analysis to make recommendations for change and drive performance online
• Support the commercial team to input financial plans into relevant systems

About You

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to build good relationships at all levels
• Knowledge of the business IT systems
• Ability to analyse and report information
• Good knowledge of trading, merchandising and promotion principles
• Ability to plan and document information for easy use
• Commercial acumen and understanding of financial implications
• Ability to work with reactionary trading changes; subsequently prioritising workload
