Understand what Remarkable Customer service is and thrive at exceeding our customers expectations while putting our customers front and centre of every decision.

Pride and passion in all the work you do from making Magic Coffees to cooking our delicious toasted sandwiches with an exceptional eye for detail to be able to create our products to our exacting standards that we are proud of

Be enthusiastic and enjoy working at pace in a busy environment while multitasking different duties, maintaining a strict food safety culture at all times

Be confident in championing our products to be able to give genuine recommendations to customers, they love hearing about what our colleagues love.

Experience in a previous hospitality environment is preferred but not essential
