The Account Director has a top line revenue responsibility and plays a key role in driving the overall success of some of Magnite’s top tier publishers. It is a key role within the wider UK seller team, responsible to deliver against company commercial targets across all formats and providing best in class customer service. This role will be based in London.
In this role you will:
  • Drive Commercial Growth – Setup commercial growth plans and strategy to drive growth across their book of business. Focus on tier 1 and 2 UK publishers. Track success and share best practices with the wider teams
  • Perform Client Management - Manage general and specialised client requests; including, financial inquiries, contractual amendments, account requests, and feature/product enhancement requests from new and existing clients. Provide end-to-end excellent customer service for our clients including regular performance reviews, meetings and social entertainment
  • Present Data Analysis – Ability to translate data into strategy and actions to drive growth for our customers
  • Engage in Project Management – Plan and project manage new initiatives aligned with companywide strategy and objectives.
  • Participate in Teamwork - Work side-by-side with the global Seller teams for top tier Publishers with an international foot print to ensure internal and external global stakeholder alignment (knowledge sharing, collaboration, product roll out co-ordination etc.). Contribute to internal product development planning
  • Deliver on Cross Team Collaboration - Liaise globally with Ad Ops, Demand, Legal, Sales & Finance teams to ensure quick resolution of any issues. Collaborate with business development to pursue new nosiness opportunities.
We’re looking for someone with:
  • 5+ years of experience managing large internet advertising accounts. Previous work experience at an SSP, large publisher, DSP or Agency Trading Desk is preferred. Strong understanding of Internet advertising and programmatic is a must
  • Self-starter and demonstrated track-record of driving revenue growth through strategic thinking, project management from start to finish and teamwork
  • Outstanding computer skills including solid competency on MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Saleforce.com, and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Excellent presentation skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at the same time. Prioritisation skills are fundamental
