Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Water Network Operative to work nights on our Thames Water contracts. This will be based in and around the London & Thames Valley area.
Morrison Water Services are the leading service provider in the water and wastewater infrastructure sectors in the UK.
We are looking for ambitious individuals who are keen to further their career in Water Network Operations and Leakage, utilising industry leading technology. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, previous experience is desirable and a drive to succeed essential.
You will need to be flexible with regards to our working shift patterns which may also require occasional night work.
As a Water Network Operative will be responsible for actively engaging with our client and their customers providing a positive experience and outcome. You will undertake investigations on our client’s water network. You will support teams on Pressure Management. As well as supporting the installation of assets for new Pressure Managed sites. You will need to support our network upgrade schemes as they arise. We also support all reactive requests from our network colleagues, where possible, during reactive situations as they arise
Do you have a experience and track record of network operations and a demonstrable track record undertaking key activities such as valve operations, mains flushing and issuing/compliance with permits to work?
Additional Information
- You must possess a high degree of manual dexterity demonstrated through the use of hand tools.
- You will be required to work outdoors in all weathers and be required to walk and stand on uneven ground.
- You must be prepared to travel to various sites throughout the Thames Water area.
