Food & Beverage Assistant - Room Service

Luton Hoo Hotel Golf and Spa are looking for a full time Food and Beverage Assistant (Room Service) devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests.
Every memorable dining experience at Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa begins behind the scenes with our Food & Beverage teams' commitment to safe and efficient operations. As a Food and Beverage Assistant - Room Service you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and flavours that are hallmarks of our in room dining experience. Your warm, attentive guest service and knowledge of food & beverage will ensure a lasting memory for our guests.
You may also be required to work within the lounge and in our restaurants and bars, which will give you a wealth of experience.
What we are looking for:
At least 1 years’ luxury experience in a similar role is preferred
Fluency in English, second language an asset
A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
Computer literate & knowledge of Opera, Symphony and MICROS preferred but not required
