Flexible for location - Hybrid working
We are thrilled to announce we are currently looking for a Head of Data & Analytics who will lead the business through all efforts that drive business performance and potential by using existing and new data sources and techniques.
You will lead the implementation and ongoing development of a data and analytics department. The Head of Data & Analytics serves as an advisor to the leadership team to develop and deliver insights which will improve decision making and automate processes.

Responsibilities:- Shaping, delivering, and overseeing the company’s data strategy and wider data-related initiatives to drive value and improvement
- Creating and fostering a data-driven culture throughout the business
- Ensuring robust data quality across the company and application of data governance standards
- Managing the data leadership model and governance structure
- Managing activity pipeline and strategic engagement within the company
- Responsible for delivering data-led strategic insights to support decision making and monitoring outcomes
Coming from a similar background in terms of company size and scope, you will be well versed in bringing a real strategic plan from paper to reality. You will relish the opportunity to work from a blank slate and bring everyone on board during the journey too. You will get true job satisfaction knowing you have delivered this important function to the group, the proof will be when we can make real commercial decisions both in terms of investment and savings through the importance of the Data journey.
Communication is key, as you will showcase this in varying methods in this role whilst not forgetting you will be exposed to sensitive information at times, so being discreet and protecting confidential material is a must.
