PURPOSE
This role will be responsible for creating and managing the social media content, website content and marketing materials and budgets. This will include returns on advertising spend and overall investment.

The role is multi-organisational and will support all of the brands, products and services under The LivingCare Group including but not limited to those under LivingCare and Skinfinity.

You will be required to develop, manage, and deliver marketing campaigns across social media and search platforms to drive both private appointments and NHS activity directly. This role will also include developing, managing, and delivering brand awareness campaigns to increase the overall brands across the business.

Alongside the specific adverts, the role may also include developing and managing content such as posts, copyright, and media assets for other uses across the business such as signage and documentation.

The role will also include work on creating ways to directly measure metrics such as: Clicks, Conversions, Likes, Follows and Engagement.

You will be responsible for reporting upon and delivering commentary to explain the why behind what these figures show.

You will be supported by the rest of the team across the business to check and provide feedback on your campaigns, and you will also at times be able to utilise our design freelancers to help you develop media content for your campaigns where specialist design support is required.

Reporting on a monthly basis

Proof reading

Day to day liaison with external marketing partners

Supporting colleagues by developing strategies appropriate to needs

Skills required

Experience of all social media platforms

Proficient in Adobe suite

Project Management experience

Graphic design (desirable)

Videography and Photography

Creation and development of new social media assets based on new projects

You will be able to work effectively in a team and comfortably work with internal stakeholders, including our clinicians, maintaining and demonstrating a professional, positive and can-do attitude.
