About The Candidate
- Excellent customer service combined with good organisational skills.
- Driven to achieve sales targets.
- Customer-focused and enthusiastic.
- A confident communicator with a collaborative approach and able to work as part of a team.
- The ability to make decisions and take responsibility, whilst working without constant supervision.
- Knowledge of conveyancing, mortgages along with an understanding of shared ownership (D).
- Have previous property sales and marketing experience in estate agents or similar.
- Have a full UK/EU driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

About The Company
LiveWest provides over 39,000 homes to over 80,000 people throughout the South West from Gloucestershire to the Isles of Scilly.
