Client Care Assistant
Salary: £10.53 per hour
Location: Cinque Ports Vets, Hawkhurst Veterinary Surgery
Job Type: Permanent, Part -time
Hours: 28.75 hours per week. Hours are mixed between 8.30 - 6.30pm with a 2 in 4 Saturday rota. with a total of 28.75 hours per week

You are never just a receptionist at our practice, every team member has an important role to play in ensuring the smooth running of the day. We want to ensure every patient and owner receives the very best service from us, so we are increasing our Client Care Team.
Your role and responsibilities
The role offers a wide range of responsibilities and no day is ever the same!
The duties will involve:
- Meeting and greeting clients face to face and over the phone
- Dealing with numerous enquiries
- Medication requests
- Taking payments
- Answering emails
- Managing the diary
- Dispensing medication
- Ensuring the practice is kept clean and making the client journey as smooth as possible
- Not forgetting to be able to work with our fantastic team and of course, cuddles with the patients
This role requires someone who can multitask, loves a challenge, loves working at a fast pace, and takes pride in their work; knowing you have made a difference to someone's day gives fantastic job satisfaction. A good sense of humour also helps.

About us
Cinque Ports Vets provides routine primary care services and emergency care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with VetsNow onsite providing continuity in cases and patient care. We offer keyhole surgery, laser therapy, and acupuncture treatments. You will be supported by a full and experienced team of Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVN), that carry out both nurse consults and vaccinations.
