Link3 are offering the perfect opportunity for the right people to begin working in the education sector without necessarily holding the relevant qualifications.
You will paid a rate between 65-90 per day, whilst gaining experience in the sector and having the opportunity to work towards qualifications that will help to pave your way towards a career in the sector.
There are various locations, and Nursery/Daycares around Nottinghamshire, and various shift patterns available. So this opportunity should appeal to a lot of people.

The role requires that you support the children and take pride in providing the highest quality of care. You will be responsible for making sure that safety and welfare are promoted throughout practices. Within the role, you will assume the role of a key person for a group of children and, through effective observations, you will be required to support and monitor the children. You may be required to work 1:1 with children with SEN (ADHD ASD, attachment issues, SEMH).

Qualifications:
- A good sense of humour and the ability to relate and communicate well with young people are essential.
- As a minimum, all applicants must have;
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (Link3 can assist you in acquiring this if you don't currently have one)

A positive approach to managing behaviour and being passionate about Children's Education will be evident in your practice.
