Hours of work Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 4pm

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join our Trafford Park, Manchester team.

Within this varied role, you will primarily pick and pack goods for customers, maintain storage areas as well as load and unload delivery vehicles, carefully checking goods supplied against paperwork. With training you will serve customers at our trade counter entering sales order information into the computer system and producing the relevant paperwork for you to complete the sale and fulfil their order. You will adopt safe manual handling, lifting and carrying goods (up to 25kg) and making use of the forklift trucks, both Reach and Counterbalance.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar role and will have interfaced with customers on a regular basis. You will have manual handling experience and ideally have knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning products.

A counterbalance and or reach forklift licence is desirable although this is not essential, as training will be provided.
