We are a highly dynamic and innovative Music PR. Our mission is ’empowering talent and artist independence’ across the globe. We work with a roster of the greatest breakthrough and emerging artists.
Our focus is on using the most effective and authentic marketing to create lasting and impactful artist campaigns. We have offices in Brighton and LA and are quickly expanding towards opening our first office in New York. We market for the year we live in, we live and breathe emerging technology and we are always growing. We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, well-connected A&R Senior Sales Executive to join our successful PR Company with an impressive catalog of international artists.
To be considered for this role you must be an exceptional communicator. This is a rare chance to become a valued member of a small but impressive team, while working at the forefront of the creative process, in a truly varied and interesting role. The successful TikTok Executive will seek to drive the overall growth of the whole team and advance the vision of Liberty Music PR in helping us change the music industry, by empowering artist independence.
This role will suit a recent Marketing graduate or someone who is a TikTok super sure and is keen to gain more experience working with TikTok Campaigns.
We are looking for a creative, fun individual who can learn fast, work hard, be fully committed, and can juggle doing more than one thing at a time. You will need to have excellent communication skills, have attention to detail. We need someone who has worked with influencer's and on TikTok campaigns.
Key Skills Required:
- TikTok super user - Understanding of TikTok campaigns
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong pitch writing skills
- Strong negotiation skills adept in brokering deals
- A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
- Confident in coordinating a range of events & campaigns
- A blend of strong analytical and written skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask, work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Strong grammar and punctuation and high attention to detail
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing and communications role
- Expert knowledge and experience working TikTok and Instagram influencers
- Google docs, Word, Excel, Spreadsheets
- To be reliable and respond quickly during the work hours given.
- To have own TikTok and IG account
- Wide musical range and taste – also an understanding of what the musical tastemakers will like
- Ability to build instant rapport
