Leapwork has created the worlds most accessible automation platform. Through a visual, no-code approach, Leapwork makes it easy for business and IT users to automate repetitive processes, so enterprises can adopt and scale automation faster.
Leapwork is used by more than 400 global enterprises across all industries, from banks and insurance companies to life science, government and aerospace. Clients include NASA, PayPal, BNP Paribas and Daimler.
We are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, and has local offices across Europe, the US and Asia.
Who are we looking for?
Leapwork is growing exponentially. And with growth comes an exciting opportunity for an experienced scrum master or agile coach to help build and shape the expanding team in our multicultural, high-velocity and highly skilled development center based in Copenhagen.
As a person:

  • you are passionate about creating an environment of trust, you inspire people to perform their best and work together as a team - and you are genuinely interested in helping other people succeed
  • you have an ongoing appetite for learning
  • you are quick at reacting and adapting to changes and knowledge sharing comes naturally to you
  • you have empathy and a natural curiosity for cultural differences and good communication skills in English.
  • you have an open personality and a “yes, we can”-attitude
  • you are structured, disciplined, and devoted to excellence
  • you are independent and good at planning and driving your own work

We expect:

  • you know the various agile processes and methodologies and that you have worked in several agile set-ups for minimum 8 years
  • you have a fundamental understanding of software development processes and procedures and know how to improve technical outcomes by shaping processes and the work environment.
  • you have strong verbal and written communication skills in English

It is considered an advantage if you have experience in working with product development in an enterprise context, but not essential.
We are first and foremost looking for people with the right talent and mindset to fit the high ambitions for our product.
Your new team and responsibilities
We are on a mission to build a new generation of the world’s most accessible automation platform.
You will be part of the Product organization and more specifically the Development Centre Gurgaon - and you will be responsible for one or two scrum teams that are developing the Windows platform and the new generation automation platform.
You will report to the Product Delivery Director and work closely together with the Business Analysts and Product Owners as well as Scrum Masters from the other development teams in and outside of Gurgaon.
You will contribute to and participate in the planning and execution of the scrum events and assist the tech leads and product owners in identifying and coordinating dependencies between the teams on the various cross team meetings.
Your daily tasks will include:

  • orchestrating the daily scrum meetings and engaging with all team members to ensure everyone is working towards the sprint goals
  • facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives
  • identifying and removing potential impediments to the reach the sprint goals
  • eliminating or managing any emerging dependencies through the sprint, escalating where necessary
  • coaching and guiding the team through clear communication and transparency
  • collaborating with other Scrum Masters in Copenhagen and from the development teams in our other locations in India and Belarus.

Why Leapwork?

By joining our team, you'll become part of a fast-paced international environment where you can grow, challenge yourself, and do what inspires you.
