We have a very large client base of Care Homes, Nursing Homes and clients who require 1:1 support. And also for floor shifts.

Job Description:

• Motivating patients to help restore and improve their health and self-esteem
• Providing medication to patients and providing pre- and post-operation care
• Providing psychological and physical support to parents, family members and friends
• Identifying patient care requirements
• Assuring the quality of care to patients through adhering to therapeutic standards
• Ensuring that patients and fellow employees adhere to infection control policies and protocols, medicine storage and administration procedures and substance control regulations
• Evaluating patients who complain of specific aliments
• Examining and authenticating vaccination records

Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills, great empathy for others and the ability to maintain kindness and compassion for everyone
• Great physical strength and endurance and the ability to lift heavy equipment and patients
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent critical-thinking skills and the ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
• Team-oriented mentality and good leadership skills
• Extreme diligence to work during weekends and on bank holidays
• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn and improve their skills and competence

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £22.00-£30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

• Uxbridge, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
