L.B. Foster’s UK business has operations in Sheffield, London, Nottingham, Telford & Lincoln. The business provides
tech nology-based services and solutions for Telecoms, Fire Management, Automation & Materials Handling, Electrical
Wiring & Control Rooms and Digital Display. We serve a range of blue chip customers across markets such as Rail,
Def ence, Retail, Leisure, Manufacturing, Power Generation and Airports

Rep orting to the Ledger Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing Payroll & Accounts Receivables/Payables
support for the varying sites across the business using the ERP system.

In dic ative Responsibilities Include:

> Assist the Payroll function.

> Updating internal payroll databases (timesheets) to ensure timely and accurate payments.

> Report on and execute payroll cash expenses.
> Process Travel & Credit Card expenses

> Cash Book & Bank Reconciliations

> Support team processing purchase invoices, both purchase order and non-purchase order related.
> Resolve issues with the site buyers for non-matching purchase order related invoices.

> Deal with GBP & international payments (EURO, CAD & USD)

> Reconcile Supplier Statements

> Deal with Supplier enquiries regarding payment of their invoices
> Accounts Receivable for one of the sites as well as providing support to cover holidays and during

busy periods.

Skills & Experience Required:

> Previous Payroll experience is preferred.

> Accounts Payable/Receivable experience is essential.

> Driving License not essential but preferable

> Keen eye for detail
> Good communication skills

> Works efficiently both individually and as part of a team

> Team player who will provide support where needed
