About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced IT Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Head of IT Northern Europe and IT BRM Manufacturing & Supply Chain Europe lies within the Northern Europe Business Unit and is located in our London office (The Shard).

You’ll be working in a hard-working team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Head of IT CE- NE and East.

The delivery of IT services will be your primary responsibility and you will have an opportunity to identify improvement activities within Northern Europe.


In brief- you will be responsible for:

  • Be the point of contact for IT within the Northern Europe BU & Supply Chain Europe- managing any risks & issues.
  • Local stakeholder management and understanding business stakeholder IT requirements to develop the IT roadmap for NE.
  • Implementation and continuous improvement of tech applications within the business area.
  • Manage the IT Budget for the BU.
  • Support the ‘last mile’ implementation of Global Programs to ensure user adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc in Computer Science or Information Systems or similar.
  • 5+ years of technology project management in a business facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both in a management capacity- and in a detailed- hands-on system capacity.
  • Experience in application delivery and managing the implementation of packaged applications and / or custom development applications.
  • Experience managing third party vendors and negotiating SOWs.
  • Experience in agile methodology & tools (e.g. JIRA) preferred.
