About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. IHQ Finance Manager position lies within the International Headquarters (IHQ) and is based in our London office (The Shard).

You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into IHQ Financial Controller


In brief- working with IHQ Financial Controller to deliver the following:

  • Leading the month end process for the International Headquarters entities where the centralized functions and senior management team for the zone is based and a number of Non-Operating Entities which are either holding- financing or strategic entities which are based in various countries;
  • Working with business owners to build a bottom up detailed ZBB budget plan and to provide detailed monthly variance analysis. The scope of the budget is over $100m;
  • Providing guidance on how to deal with ZBB issue from the finance prospective;
  • Resolving any technical accounting issues.
  • Performing all compliance requirements – balance sheet reconciliation- ONS returns and compliance testing
  • Reconciling and explaining balance sheet movements;
  • Working closely with tax and operating companies to derive the most efficient way to repatriate cash to the parent company across the zone;
  • Provide financial support on any ad hoc projects;

Qualifications


Hard Skills and Capabilities


  • Newly qualified accountant with one to two years post qualified experience
  • Knowledge US GAAP- local GAAP and tax principles
  • Able to partner with the business & provide financial expertise
  • High level of proven numeric & analytical capability
  • Highly proficient Excel skills
  • Able to work in and agile and fast paced environment to deliver to project timelines with a can do demeanour
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
