We at Kew Green are hiring for a new position within our company as a Junior Performance and Reporting Analyst.


We're looking for someone with a good level of experience using MS Excel, for someone driving efficiency and next-generation reporting approach through using business intelligence tools.


What will I be responsible for as Junior Performance Reporting Analyst?


Your role will be to support our Performance Reporting Analyst in order to help to deliver an extensive reporting suite to the business, including Commercial, Operational and HR Reporting.


We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual who has a good eye for detail, the ability to interpret data quickly and creatively, whilst being able to present this information in visually appealing ways to deliver presentations with confidence.?


In addition to daily, weekly and monthly reporting, you will gain a wealth of project experience, ranging from analysis reporting to system enhancement and integration. However, over time your role will continue to grow and will develop quickly with the right individual. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop, within an environment where we encourage you to share your ideas and watch them come to life – you will play a key part in ensuring our portfolio continues to achieve OUTSTANDING performance.

To be successful within this role, you will have:

  • Data administration experience essential.
  • Proven experience of preparing and controlling data.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Experience of business intelligence tools desirable, but not essential.
  • High level of numeracy, and computer literacy (including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel)
  • Understanding of working with financial or sales-focused data preferable.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
  • Able to function independently with a minimum of supervision, taking full ownership of designated tasks
  • Strong organisational and communication skills ·
  • Understanding of the Hotel/Hospitality/Leisure industries would be ideal, but if you’re a high performer who has what it takes to learn a new industry quickly, we’d still love to hear from you
