HR Advisor

We are looking for a HR superstar! You’ll be joining a company that has plans for expansion internationally and in the UK. With a passion for the details and a love for change, you’ll fit right into this tight-knit and supportive People Team, where you will support our 46 (and counting) hotels across the UK with a range of interesting ER cases and exciting HR projects that’ll prepare you for that next step and propel your career.

What will I be responsible for?

To put it plainly, you'll manage the ER case-load across our estate, supporting and empowering managers in a range of ER cases, beginning to end. This ER Advisor role will see you utilise all of the knowledge you have already absorbed through your ER experience and studies to support the ER process, beginning to end.

We’ll hedge a guess that you’re a real people person, so you’ll enjoy building relationships with our managers, through offering legally sound employee relations advice; positively challenging and inspiring success.
