Professional EMEA Senior Marketing Manager- Baby & Oral Care
This position reports into the Marketing Director EMEA for Baby & Oral and is based at our High Wycombe office (hybrid).

What will you do
Aligned to the global brand strategies, develop & implement the EMEA Listerine and Baby professional marketing strategy, (1-3yrs) to drive recommendation levels and growth in sales.
The activities will include those associated with supporting all aspects of the marketing mix including development of educational materials, omni-channel assets, health economic tools, media, digital, CRM, PR, KOL development, conferences and speaker meetings.
You will work closely with wider franchise team, Scientific engagement and lead market cluster squads to ensure effective development and implementation of the brand marketing strategies. Specific focus on translating our clinical and science base into claims and visual brand assets.
The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to ensure ‘buy-in’ and commitment from both local market partners and global colleagues and be able to work in a cross-functional matrix environment.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the professional brand strategy across EMEA for the Listerine and Baby brands to ensure all aspects executed with excellence.
- Across the EMEA region work with HCP regional squad to support the capability plan and sharing of best practice.
- Develop the professional 3-year operating plan with a pipeline of initiatives and content to drive endorsement and recommendation improving the HCP experience
- Drive the Healthcare professional activation plan for new NPD initiatives in conjunction with franchise lead.
- Work with lead market to develop materials and claims for execution through omnichannel touchpoints to grow the market and brand share.
- Strong understanding of all the different channels to reach the required audience, experience in digital activation to HCPs
- Support markets on the development of audience segmentation and associated connections plan.
- Develop a strong understanding of regional and national health guidelines and opportunities to ensure evidence-based science impacts patients’ lives
- Support strong KOL programmes and partnership with key associations and presence at conferences
- Work with global to translate our clinical pipeline for execution in EMEA identifying opportunity to shape guidelines and develop claims and visual assets to bring to life our science with HCPs and consumers.
- Understand the internal Healthcare compliance restrictions and champion best practice
