Digital Advertising Executive

We are recruiting to an exciting entry level, graduate position for a driven, motivated individual looking for a role within which they can find their path and develop a career.

Just R are searching for an exceptional individual to join our fast growing team, to help us with our mission of delivering sustainable workforce solutions to NHS teams.

We’re on the lookout for our new outstanding Graduate, you will have a minimum of a 2:1 degree, preferably with a communication or arts focus. However, the specialism is unimportant - we are looking for a growth mindset and attitude, with a desire to continue to learn and grow taking precedence over current expertise and experience.

You will have some work experience, but what we would like to see is the ability to work in a team and collaborate with others - part time coffee shop or bar work whilst at Uni or before absolutely counts.

We’re looking for someone who loves working collaboratively as part of a team, but is also able to work independently and get things done. You will have a strong interest in social media and digital advertising, as you will be delivering national digital campaigns on behalf of our NHS clients and working to deadlines with the ability to manage your own time is essential.

The salary for this role is £21,000 per annum, with fast progression. We would like to consider those with a minimum 2:1 degree, however if you think you can demonstrate the described attributes and don’t have this qualification we would still love to hear from you.
