Job Description

As a member of our Software Engineering Group, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• 12+ Years of experience in Software Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in leading team (s) of software engineers
• 8+ years of experience in the developing & managing web application in Java
• 8 + years of experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Angular, REST Services
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in PYTHON programming language
• 12+ years of Experience with Spring framework and Hibernate/JPA
• 5+ years of experience working on Angular
• Passionate about building an innovative culture & teams
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
• Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
• Hands-on experience with data architecture, data modeling, database design and data warehousing.
• Experience in designing and architecting enterprise grade applications including interface, data, and infrastructure architecture.
• Hands on experience in developing cloud ready applications for AWS. Certification in Cloud technology preferred.
• Experience with relational database software development preferably Oracle
• Experience providing analysis of current programs which includes performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs and designing solutions to problematic programming.
• Should be capable of self-learning new technologies and should be able to work with minimum direction and supervision
