£60,000 pa
We have taken on a new hybrid role for an executive assistant/operations manager at a global Venture Capital firm setting up a new office in London. They are expanding and are looking for a bright and ambitious EA and Operations manager to join their exciting start up at a pivotal stage of development .
The Role:
Scheduling meetings, managing inbox and diary.
Organising international travel and coordinating calls with clients/investors.
Connect Managing Partner to Board members.
Drafting emails on Founder’s behalf.
CRM management.
Handling press releases and related press duties.
Source and coordinate office space.
Manage relationships with vendors.
Set up benefits including comprehensive healthcare, pension, payroll.
Additional private PA duties.
The Candidate will be a driven and career oriented individual with previous experience supporting an entrepreneurial individual and ideally some exposure to setting up processes and operations. You will need to have a degree of confidence in your judgment, work without ego, have the emotional intelligence and initiative to work in a small team and understand the peaks and troughs that often come with this.
