We’ve taken on an amazing new role with one of the world’s leading private equity firms in the world. The company have around 150 people in the London office and they really value teamwork extremely highly and are dedicated to being personally invested in each other’s success. They also value those who think differently and who have high standards of integrity and humility.
They have a close-knit team of EAs who you’ll work closely alongside so a team player is a must! This is an incredible opportunity for an established, proactive EA to come and provide 1-1 support to the head of Investor Relations. The role will suit someone who has experience within an IR team and working at pace and in a high-pressured environment. You need to be resilient, enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail.
THE ROLE
- Inbox and diary management
- Coordinating extensive and complex travel itineraries
- Managing a CRM
- Preparing briefings for investor meetings
- Managing events and roadshows
- Expenses
- Acting as first point of contact internally and externally to manage key relationships
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have at least six years’ experience working in a similar role within finance and have some CRM experience / exposure to Salesforce.

- The core hours are 9-5:30pm
