Executive Assistant to support the CEO and his office. This would include reporting to his Office Manager/Sr. EA in the day-to-day operations of the Firm. The Office Manager/Sr EA is wonderful and you two will work really closely together to ensure the CEOs affairs are handled effectively and efficiently. You will be joining a high-profile boutique alternative investment firm. They have a great culture, it is very collaborative and they are based in stunning offices.
THE ROLE
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Office of the CEO
- Coordinating extensive international travel
- Complex C suite scheduling
- Personal work including support for the CEO’s extended family and network
- General admin tasks such as expenses, filing, updating organizational systems
- Support in organizing events and ad hoc projects
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is currently working within the private equity or alternative investment sector supporting at C-Suite or a UHNWI. You should have proven experience providing high-level business and personal support.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
